Where can you get 1* champions?

Need some 1 * champions in my account, especially hulk. Where can I get them?

    If you're not yet uncollected then the daily crystal has 1* champs in it.
    Otherwise you need to buy the Hero Crystals in the store (50 Units apiece) and hope you get a 1* quickly - they're something like 20% chance for 1*, 80* chance for 2*)

    So you have to spend units to be able to get a hulk to do variant 4?
    This is ridiculous

    This variant made the sellers learn a very big lessons to not sell champions

    So i have to wait until I get 1* hulk to become uncoleted?
    That is just a ridiculous move
