**UPDATES TO ENLISTMENT GIFTING EVENT:**
To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC. **KNOWN ISSUE**

    No, go and read the original announcement, no way they were created because they nerfed champs. We were all mad because of the nerf of Thor, Scarlet and Strange, thats why we (many of us) think that, but they were nerfed to adapt to the new system and new system was the cause of the RDT.

    That's not how it works. They planned the changes to the Champs and the new system simultaneously because they were both part of the same problem. It wasn't just enough to nerf the Champs. Both were necessary. The Tickets themselves were for the changes to the Champs. Not because of 12.0. We had leeway because of 12.0, and got to use two rounds of them however we wanted. The actual purpose of the Tickets was to adjust our Roster because of the nerfs. Evident by the second round after they revisited the Champs, and by the numerous times they've stated that the Tickets are for changes to Champs. Not content. They also said that the only time they would consider bringing them back is if they made similar changes to Champs, and that they would most likely be Champ-specific.

    Hey everyone! As has been stated previously in this thread, Rank Down Tickets are for when a change to a Champion is so drastic that they no longer perform in the way that they had done previously.
