2 Star Spider-Man instead of 4 Star Doctor octopus

Hey, I opened an Aerilist crystal and it landed on a 4 star Doctor Octopus, then when it opened it gave me a 2 star spider-man (classic). Please help

    I think he means a pic of it landing on Doc Oc but then giving you Spidey.

    I think this is not the case anyway, but you can try.

    No proof and very unlikely that would even happen

    @Lorenzoisidro This has come up many times before. The outcome of the crystal is determined when you hit "open" or drag it into the middle. The spin is just for show. The spin reel is bugged on occasion and basically has a display error, but they already determined what you would get before it started spinning. You should lodge a ticket, but that is pretty much what they are gonna say.
