DR. Strange in LOL

I have been trying to 100% LOL now but DR. Strange in LOL is now unbeatable.

He is just not activating his passive abilities of regen and fury which ideally can be reversed using void. All champions in LOL are supposed to be pre-nerfs thne why is DR. Strange not activating his passives.

I want clarification on this and refund of my over 800 unts i have spent fighting him and reaching him.

    Ummm dr strange only regens by hitting you. That has always been the case. Only way for void to reverse heal is from you allowing strange to hit you while his power gain looking blessing is active and that would be extremely counter productive to saving pots.

    Void does stop him from gaining power though. No sp use makes him a ton easier
