No one is talking about Black Panther being maybe a God tier with the synergies from The New Hulkbuster and Tigra if u get lucky with rng since he could get massive crits. So will he be good now?

    Damage is not the case utility as well is needed.If you even have to rely for damage and no utility then I don't think it's a good tier for Elsa and ronin may have more potential.
