Chat not loading?

Ok im on Andriod and the global chat, Ally chat etc. is not loading. Even dungeon chat. If anyone can help that would be nice.

    I'm also on android and chat has disappeared and I cant say anything new. I have restarted the game and my phone, nothing still

    I’ve had issues with my 2 incursion partners with chat. I either have to text my buddy (iMessage) or line my other buddy. It’s been on and off for a week now.
