Question about incursion

Me and a friend from work play incursion together on lunch time but our break is only half hour long. Are me and my friend able to enter a incursuon for half hour on break and then come back to it 2 hours later on our next break or will it time us out or anything?

Yes, you can do that, as long as the 5-day Incursions cycle doesn't reset during your break.
