Unable to Place Recovered Mastery Points.

1st day of New War map Skirmish reward, i accidentally claimed that gold without even looking closely. since then I can't do 1v1 Arena. It says insufficient funds every time. Now I recovered all my offence mastery pts and I can't place them back it says Insufficient funds again. "SERIOUSLY"
Sent email in Support asking them to take-away those Bugs GOLD reward. Its been over 3 days still No-Reply. Emailed back again 12hrs before. (Now Replied through the default confirmation email after requesting a support.)
if it doesn't fix in two days i suppose i have to sit back in AQ/AW. Screenshot provided
Can you guys please Tag an officials idk how to do it. Thanks and much appreciated.
