AAR confusion

Does Ability Accuracy Reduction applies to nodes also or it only applies to champs abilities. For e.g. blade sometimes bypasses limbo ability of magik and black widow sometimes bypasses safeguard node.
So does AAR applies to both champions and nodes.

    It depends, defencive ability accuracy affects things from being hit, if the node is something like that, for example a chance to evade attack, then yes. If it’s defensive ability accuracy and the node isn’t something to trigger on hitting the opponent then no, same with if it’s offensive, if it doesn’t count for the opponent striking you then no it won’t count. If it’s simple ability accuracy reduction, not offensive or defensive, for example danger sense, then yes, it will stop any node that is chance based, though certain nodes just aren’t affected at all
