Have you ever tried to do incursions only to find that you don't have a reliable partner, or worse your ally mates can't help for whatever reason. Your either then forced to go to Global, or do the random search. Both are horribly frustrating given that your likely hood for quitters to happen. That's essentially when someone knowingly joins just to waste the other person's champs the first round. Incursions are great but it makes it disheartening to play.
