Human Torch and Double Edge

I just pulled a 5* Torch but I run full suicide masteries. His abilities state that if he is bleeding his incinerates decrease duration by 4 seconds, which seems like a big impact. Does that make him pretty useless if you’re running Double Edge which self inflicts a bleed? Wanted to know if anyone satisfactory runs him with this mastery set up or if he’s just one of those great champs that’s not great with suicides.

    I run suicides, but I'm too lazy to switch around my masteries every time. HT is quite horrible during those 20 seconds of bleed damage, but once it falls off, he gets the damage boost and his incinerates are much stronger! Opponent's dead basically.

    Thanks. It just seems that waiting 20 seconds for the bleed to stop isn’t worth it. Maybe I’ll just put him on the shelf in case I ever switch suicides off.
