Can items purchased with money legally expire ?

I thought items purchased with money can’t expire or you get a refund

    there used to be a part of the TOS that stated items could not expire.
    however the stash was in direct contradiction to this part of the TOS as if you purchased a bundle containing revives it is possible they could have expired.
    however kabam changed the TOS and that is no longer there.

    also there is absolutely nothing "legal" or "illegal" as long as they follow the TOS that they set out.
    given that this is no longer in the TOS, yes items can expire with no issue.

    that argument would only be valid for certain things.
    it would only be valid for unit packs + extras.
