Joe Fixit Buff/minor rework

Hello everyone.
After this 4th of July i got pretty terrible Luck with all my 6* and 5* Crystals. I got like 10 meine Tier and one Solid champ. One of those Memes ist Joe Fixit.
I thought about him and His kit.
In General His kit is ok but not the state of the art as it needs to be in game right now to be something you can actually use.
So If thought myself what could help him be a better champion in offense and defence.
So we Start with His passive and His 4 modes. (All stats i'm thinking about are for a 6* unawakened and unleveled)
Heart: We should Jeep the part the He is regen here some health but it needs to be a little bit more regen (maybe passive would be nice) and thats it in this case (Like He regens 8%of Missing health per stack hearts)
Clubs: Normally you gain crit raiting based on your Combo Meter. I would change it up. He is a Gangster and as his opponents get weakened he should get stronger. So the more health the opponent lost the more crit rating JF is gaining. This could be like 20 and increasing to leveled rank1 6* to 45 (so 1 per level flat increase) per percent lost health of his opponent (at 50% lost health He would gain 50*20rating =1000 crit rating extra, which is Not bad (First i thought about 80 to start off but this would be to crazy as Rank 5 6*))
Diamonds: So now the Fury which is really not like a real Gangster Boss should Play it out. I'm more thinking of giving some passive fury based on the amount of debuffs the opponent has active. Let's start with no debuffs, in that Case JF would NOT gain anything (Well still MCOC so you won't get Something all the time) but for each debuff and the time they are applied to His opponent JF gains 450 Attack Rating. So with only 1 parry you gain a good fury for a Level 1 Rank 1 6*. So this aspect is more playing together with other abilities.
Spades: Placing Fatigue or Weakness on top of the opponent is OK but nowadays where you as player Just reg in those debuffs it is not that usefull. So He maybe have some Others debuffs fitting for a science champ. Maybe He schould have 4 different debuffs, one for each Gamblers Passive active.
So Just spades give your attacks a chance to place a Weakness on top of his opponent which gets Attack down by 10% on the last medium.
With spades and Hearts you get the fatigue as well as the weakness.
If you have spades + Clubs you put a enervate on top of the opponent (makes him more useful against Power gain mystics )
And spades+diamonds gets you a slow debuff (to get down juggs and UCol)
For this to Work you have to say that you need to be able to have more than one active gamblers effect. But Türe should be a limit to the amount. I thought of 2 aspects each. So 2 diamonds, Hearts and so on. This would make him a proper Champ with some good utility and some good damage as well as his tankyness He still has trough the regen. And you have to say that now His kit provides him with Something you can build Up. Those aspects now working together to Form the best Version of JF himself (a true and terrifying Gangster who can there His opponents apart with a clear mind and some minor tactics, which is how He should be according to you talking about Poker which may be a gamble but is tactics as well.
Duped Ability:
Rework the name
Maybe: "Gangsters Attitude"
- increasing max limit of potential aspects from 2 to 4 (from level one the same)
- give His regen and His Fury Higher potency with sigs (Example: if he is sig200 he is not regen 5% of missing health more, its more like 15% so a flat increase per sig level, Fury is Not 450 more like 650 (r1 level 1 6* sig 200)
- spades: spade debuffs increased time they are on top of the opponent
- Clubs: Gain extra cruelty Rating with crit rating
So his dupe is not needed but you get massive reward from having him awakened and high sig.
I guess all of These Changes must be tested First but i guess this would make this champ better fitting the modern contest and his challenges.
Hope all you readers enjoyed all this ideas flowing over in my mind. If i have some time in between i will a few buff/rework ideas for other champs as well.
