in Bugs and Known Issues
For about 18 hours now I have been unable to log into MCOC. I get to the first loading screen but nothing else happens. I accidentally left my phone on the loading screen over night and still after around 9 hours straight of letting it load I was not able to load the game. Is there any way to fix this?

    I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and I can open the game, but it hasn’t even had me download any game files yet. It just stays on the loading screen

    It sounds like you may be running into where your device isn't compatible. We have a thread here on it.
