AW rating compression worsening shell Ally exploit?

As mentioned in the title I'm asking myself if it isn't a big advantage now for the "alliances" using various alliances because now they have plenty of low rating shell allys to use after the coming season 🤔

Or have I missed something in the road maps that Kabam is planning to punish this somehow? Otherwise my guess is that the new matchmaking algorithm is worsening mismatches extremely because low rating allys with high Prestige players get oppents with the same AW rating but not necessarily as strong as they are 🙈

I hope my point is clear I'm interested in other opinions ✌️

No, in my opinion, this actually will get rid of them all. The shells will be much lower war rating/tier than the owners would want them to be after this season. While the compression will serve the advertised function of getting alliances where they belong on the food chain faster, I am fairly certain this is an intended hidden agenda (agenda is a harsh word/not meant that way) by Kabam to clear these out of higher tiers.

I don't know a lot about those shells, but as I get it, the point is those have lower rating, right? So actually when they cut rating of every alliance by half, the higher the ally, the more rating it loses. So I'd expect it to somewhat solve that issue. Am I wrong?
