Corvus to 3?

I know most champs are a definite heck no to rank 3 unawakened.

However, Corvus is different in the game.

I was lucky enough to pull him in 6star not too long ago. I'm 5k shards away from forming a Cosmic t5cc.

I just want opinions if this is as obvious of a yes as it seems.

Prestige-wise, I know it may not be the best move maybe. However, I have a 6star rank 3 Namor at sig 120, so my prestige is somewhat solid.
