AQ Ticket Refund

Weren’t the BG’s that ran different maps supposed to get a refund of the tickets used every week until the fix comes out to spread out the costs? We never received anything after the last AQ week.

    Just checked and @Kabam Zibiit posted it on June 11th in the announcement thread. Any idea why we weren’t refunded yet?

    Yup, still waiting too. We had been getting refunds before this last AQ, so something is up this time round. Kabam, pls look into this.

    3 weeks now, only got a refund for one and not this past week.

    Can you tell me specifically what maps you're running for this? I'm working on getting the information.

    We ran 1 BG in map 6 and 2 BG’s in map 5 @Kabam Vydious I think the first day of the AQ series we were all map 5 because of 4th of July but the rest of the week 1 BG was map 6.

    first bg ran 5* map6, second bg 3* map6 and 2* map5 and the third 5*map5

    not tickets where refunded since that was introduced early june

    Yesterday I got the refund and it was also correct.
