Abyss Mordo bug

Yesterday completed one path in abyss.

While fighting mordo with aegon symbiote supreme and human torch I did not get the fate steal at the start of the fight
But fighting with Nick Fury against mordo, fury gets a fate steal from start of the fight.
Node says after expiring or nullified 10 buffs fate steal activates. But fury did not gets 10 buffs but still gets a fate steal.

Please look into it.

    But I also have a strong feeling that with Dexterity you get precision buff and after achieving 10 precision buff with dexterity you get fate seal.Every time you hit opponent after dexterity your precision buff is expired.

    If you want a video at 1:26:15 NF enters the fight and is immediately fate sealed. It happens exactly as described and without fail if the decoy is dead.
