What does it take to be #1 in the 4 star featured arena

Just wondering.
A while back I did 6.8m in the basic 4 star Arena when the champ went for 3.3m.
With double the score I didn't even get in the top bracket.
That made me wonder recently. How many points do you need to put up to get the top spot in the 4 star FEATURED arena, and thus get the title.
Anyone here done it? And if so, was it a New or Old champ?
Really want to know what it takes, not that I ever want to do it. But still Curious.
