Ghost not converting Sasquatch's rupture into fury passives

Although the title is self-explanatory, some further information is that ghost's ability reads "While Phasing, incoming attacks have a 100% chance to Miss and each Damage Over Time Debuff on Ghost converts to a Fury Passive increasing Attack Rating by X". Sasquatch's rupture inflicts damage over 17 seconds making it a DOT debuff and even then it doesn't convert to fury. I hope this issue gets addressed and fixed soon, thanks

    Oh, is it? Didn't see it pop up in the latest known bugs post so I thought of posting it here. Hope it gets fixed soon
