Archangel's ability accuracy reduced?

I was fighting Black Widow with Archangel, I parried her, but she wasn't stunned. This shouldn't happen right? His ability accuracy isn't supposed to be affected by any champ's abilities. Didn't want to post in bugs just yet.

    Is normal since his ability never worked before

    Ahhh. I got him from Arenas last week so I haven't played with him enough in those situations to know he's been bugged from the start.

    ... but mastery can affect AA ability, limber petrify pacify

    There also this wierd thing that when AA fights against mordo and his neuro expires and stuns mordo he doesnt trigger astral evade
