Concerning changes to act 6, would be great to lower the power of Havok

He has +50% of power rate and gain +15% every time he does a sp !
As he have more than 500k hp he is at more than +200% when at mid life
Where 2 of your hits bring him to sp2 you have to bait making him gain another +15% power rate etc...

Even with a champion immune to plasma detonation (Colossus) you barely have time to oneshot him

    Use voodoo yes you’ll take some damage but as soon as you get to the sp2 the power burn burns his power and resets all plasma charges
