How to awaking a 6*

What is the easiest way to awaking a 6*?
I have had no luck at all with 6*s I finally got a good pull nick fury !!! He really needs to be awakened but and av not got thousands of pounds to throw at abyss lol is there any other way not luck based ?

    Honestly the best thing to do is learn how to play your 6*s without the dupe, and it you happen to awaken them, bonus!

    I was scolded pretty heavily on here for taking an unawakened Beardo to r2, but he helped me clear so much content. I recently completed Abyss and finally got to awaken him, about 18 months after taking him to r2 in the first place.

    I just took an unduped Nick Fury to r2 also. He’s fun, and you can throw in Angela and Heimdall to get some of the benefits of his awakened ability.
