Summer smackdown confusion

I read a post which was showing regions not being included in the event. I am not able to see that post again and I am not sure if this event is available to everyone or there's some other event which is locked ? I am not even sure if they included or excluded which regions. please help me to know in a simple way if what exactly has kabam decided

    Summoner Showdown has a tournament on a global scale that is restricted.

    Summoner smackdown is the lower difficulty event that isn't restricted.

    Summoner Showdown "Showdown Difficulty" is the Tournament. "Show-Up" difficulty is available to everyone.

    Summoner Smackdown is the Boss Rushes.

    Summer of Pain is the TBA endgame player event this summer.

    3 separate events.
