  Pretty good work!
  Did you use the oil paint filter? or something else? I've been trying to learn a bit of photoshop during quarantine out of boredom lol

  Yeah. Tried a bunch of filters on top of each other and messed with them. Since you are new, convert the layer to smart object, this way you can edit the filter after you applied it. Photoshop is something that you won't regret the time spent once you learn it. Goodluck.
