AQ freezing and timing out???

i know there has already been a combined post made about this @Kabam Porthos but there still hasnt been any updates as to the situation and i dont want this lost in the shuffle. it hasnt got any better and i find myself constantly spending my hard earned glory on alliance potions just to keep me going. im not even sure how it suggests i timed out when the fights didnt technically start. i understand you guys may be working on this behind the scenes but any statement or post would be nice for those of us experiencing this just so we know this hasnt been forgotten about. we dont NEED compensation just a game that works that we all enjoy. im sure you feel the same.
