Hulkbuster issue?

Hi not sure if i missed sth, just noticed hulkbuster lvl 2 is not breaking defence/ block when facing AQ map 5 tech zoom robot (obviously when u release lvl 2 tech robot is on block position)...can i ask if this is a bug or i get hulkbuster's lvl 2 completely wrong....tested vs other map 5 opponents and lvl 2 breaking defence/ draining power worked fine

    Hmm, it looks like the attacker has -50% offensive ability accuracy during specials, that could have caused your block break power drain to fail to activate?
