Unresolved tickets are getting force closed

I spent almost 3200 units and 10-12 additional revives to explore act 6.2.6 on Monday.

When I raised a ticket to get a reimbursement of my resources as the quest had a bugged AI, it never got addressed and I just got a email saying the ticket is going to get closed.

This is such an unacceptable behaviour from Kabam, i spent $100 to buy those units and they went down the drain because the quest was bugged.

    It was confirmed that the AI was acting weird by Tuesday and by that time it was too late.

    I pursued it thinking the AI was supposed to act the way it did.

    Honestly if something doesn't feel right, stop and give it a little while, someone else will do what you did - I very rarely push content when its first released, if I can, I'll give it 3-4 days, then run it.. gives me a chance to check its working, or to see any complaints on the forums which might tell me somethings up.

    Ya when i did abyss CMM was the hardest fight in the entire thing, harder then collector for me. Easily cost me 20 revives both times, but don't need compensation for this or act 6.

    I am so disappointed with the game. Have been playing since 2015 and i guess it’s time to move on just like others did.
