Phoenix is the strongest mutant

Everyone is commenting that magneto is the strongest mutant, and he should get buff. Then what about Phoenix, isn't she is the most powerful? I think she need buff as presently she is not looking (having power) like what is she is in the comics/movies.
"KABAM" shall you guys think about her as well ?
