Medusa, HT, and colosssus seem to be some of the top options.

corvus seems like he would be great too, he places armor breaks on parries. CMM would work as well. Human toruch would prbably be ok as he can bypass the coldsnap without limiting attacks with novaflame.

I tried Corvus and got absolutely recked with him. I could have used him wrong, though.

you have to pay attention to the armor breaks, you cannot always try to punish him after a special. You may end up taking to much chip because of that, not sure.

The best champ by far is Silver Surfer himself since those coldsnap debuffs you get count as unique buffs for his burst energy damage. They also trigger willpower if you have it but don't cause any damage on you.
