Next round of incursion crystals

Do they announce in advance who is going to be in the next incursion crystals when the current ones expire shortly? Trying to make a decision if I should buy now or wait for the next batch.

    There are a couple I would like to get in bwcv and warlock, but I don’t feel the rest of the crystal fits my needs.

    I already failed previously with the doom crystal which had the most champs I wanted. 3 I really wanted and 2 I would be ok with and didn’t get any of them. That has left me a bit gun shy.

    they typically do not release in advance, unless something changed since last december.
