Buff up the rewards for other variants too

With Variant 5 released other variants rewards look outdated, they have to be made generic as well and also need to include 17 champs. There are very few champs from 15 which are beyond god tier.

    I know that, it's a permanent quest and and permanent quests should be up to date and that's why the act 1 and 2 rewards are buffed to sync with current rewards. After another two new variants in a year or so with obviously better rewards.. no one wanna would even go for the old Variants anymore.. Think about it.

    I think they are fine for now but maybe in the future. If any of them should be buffed I think they should start with V1. Its the most difficult with the worst rewards so I think a lot of newer players just ignore it (I know I did for a long time).
