CAP IW block dmg bug

So ever since capiw came out, the dmg he took while parrying was 0... now I don't know if that was due to him having a perfect block on parry or 100% block prof but these days (noticed first mid July 2020) he takes dmg on block

Something changed, and I tried looking online to see if there was a change to cap but found nothing. This leads me to believe that he was either changed under the hood or something is bugged.

I did initial abyss run with mainly cap and he was taking dmg on parries there, and if you go back few months you can see that CCP people and others, when showcasing what cap can do vs darkhawk, always got 0 dmg on parries (links to kt1, seatin and lagacy vids bellow)

Please @kabam can we get some explanation if this is something you changed or is this really a bug

    Here is a showcase of how much dmg on parry he takes now
    random quest (16 and 10 dmg on parry)
    darkhawk fight (140 dmg)

    He has no perfect block ability/reduce damage to 0 ability. He won't necessarily take 0 damage on parry's

    I know it isn't in his ability description ... but then one of the following happened:
    1.) he was bugged before and kabam fixed it (because up until now EVERY single parry was always 0 dmg)
    2.) he was intended to have perfect block on parry and now he's bugged

    and to answer masteries question I always had 1 point in dex and 1 point in perfect block (last 4 years) so I'm comparing the same mastery built, one where he takes 0 dmg EVERY single parry (up until few weeks ago) and one where he takes dmg (at this moment)

    It's always been a perfect block unless there's an outside reduction of CAIW's BP from nodes or characters like Doctor Doom.

    he did, and if you look at any of the 3 videos I linked for like 30 sec you'd see it

    yea that's true from my experience... that would mean something is wrong now and is not working

    Put the points back into parry that you took out of it 2 weeks ago; it’s required for the extra damage reduction caiw needs it for perfect parries.

    if that is true it wouldn't matter since he was taking 0 dmg before so why wouldn't he now

    76% from his block proficiency + 25% from max parry

    parry maxed is 25% reduced dmg not block prof... if I'm not mistaken (that's what the mastery says in its description)

    Block proficiency results on reduced damage from attacks on block. As you said max parry reduces 25%. So Cap can reduce all damage

    well if it works like this (even tho I don't believe it does) how do you explain it working before with 1 point in dex and now it doesn't

    Post both your utility and defense masteries then

    And gameplay with only one point in parry
