Treasure Island key missing

Hi guys I hope this reaches the right eyes. I entered the treasure Island with my key and was about to complete the path but the servers were closed thus meaning my key was taken away from me. I hope this could be rectified I'm sure it will be, I just thought I'd shed some light on this issue incase many others faced this.
