Platinum Pool: multiple copies of the same parts

Hi, I was just wondering if this is supposed to happen, I pulled 2 left arms from the platinum pool crystals that I got from the epic difficulty of mutant island and I'm not sure if this is intended or it's an oversight, as I don't believe 2 copies of the same part are of much use.

    It's not a bug; you need to be lucky with those crystals to get all parts. You will have access to more parts in the future but I'd consider you lucky as is considering you have four out of five parts already.

    They are, because you can purchase another platpool crystal and dupe him, and maybe even get another profile pic too. His dupe isn’t necessary but it adds a lot of value, especially at high sig.

    You will end up wanting 2 of each piece do you can dupe him. 3 wont be very redeemable (unless his sig scales nicely)
