NEW REWARD POPS UP ON EXPLORED PATH. NO KEY PROMPT

Dear kabam,
I have already explored the shown path on day 1 and claimed the reward. Again on the same path new sig stone crystal pops up and there is no key prompt. Is this a glitch or can I explore it again ?
