Can't Claim Stash Items

Is anyone working on the stash claim bug? I sent in a ticket and they said they know it's and issue and they're working on it, but I haven't seen anything on the forums about it. It seems like a pretty easy fix. Without the stash I'm hesitant to use items because when I'm out, that's it until an unknown time in the future. Not to mention all the items going to expire before I can claim them.

For those that don't, there's an issue with claiming items (and ISO I believe) from the stash. You can press "claim max" all you want, but it won't actually claim the items. I heard it won't let you claim items placed there from sometime last week, so new items can be claimed, but I have hundreds of potions and energy refills going to expire soon.

    Just to emphasize my point, since I can't use items, it's nearly impossible to do any of the difficult content this month. Specifically the omega boss rush and the 4* cavalier objectives.

    Yeah they know about it. There's another thread opened about it. I received an insulting reply from Kabam support over it too. They really need a different company to run support or give out different goals.
