What are the glasses for?!

I've searched everywhere and can't figure out what quest we need the glasses for. Can anyone help me out?

    you got it, but you need to defeat the same difficulty on all the previous smackdowns before you can do the omega.

    you need 5 of the same tier as the tier you are attempting, meaning if you want epic you have to have defeated every other smackdown on epic difficulty

    Thanks for your help!! Was just confused because the amount in my inventory wasn't changing so wasn't sure if I was on the right thing.

    the glasses don't disappear. you don't "use" them. they just give you access. so they won't disappear after entering the OMEGA level .. they're just for accessing it. it doesn't mean 5 tries.
