I don't have Ghost or Warlock, so should I r5 Guillotine 2099? Other r5s are Cap IW, Quake, Hype, Medusa, Colossus, and Omega Red.

While I go obliterate variant 3 😂
Congrats on exploring Variant 3!! I remember it being so fun when I did it. Some people may disagree, but I had more fun on Variant 3 than on Variant 4 exploration. I used Sentinel for 95% of it lol. I remember exploring Variant 3 and getting the worst rewards possible at the time. I got a 5 star Groot, my 3rd science awakening gem, my 3rd science 3-4 gem, and a science 4-5 gem. 😂 I was salty because I had literally just took Cap IW to r5 without a gem (drained all my T2As) and my second best science champ at the time was Sentry 😂. Now I have Quake, Human Torch, and Void, so my science roster is awesome now. I used it on Quake right when I got her.
