BWCV Power Gain Bug?!

Does anyone know why bwcv doesn't gain power when taskmaster is immune to all of her debuffs? Here is the video https://youtu.be/_UFLj8Gq1CU. She stops gaining power at 1:14, is this a bug or did I miss something?

    You gain power when you gain clairvoyant charge, since you reached the capacity of 20 you could not gain more charges so no power gain

    Yeah someone told me that on reddit, you basically gain 20 charges and then sp3 that's how to deal with taskmaster!
