What kind of PC-related ability/ies (balanced or OP or whatever you can come up with) would you give him?

Anyway my idea is that he could in theory have sth like WS on his SP2, like he could either inflict incinerate (for dmg), slow/petrify (for utility), or new debuff "life drain" (for regen).
I know this would make him even more op and tbh if he doesn't need nerf now, after tjis he'd deserve another 12.0
Whenever doctor Doom ends the fight with his special 3 or 2 (this includes the incinerates) he gains 1 Doom charge.
Keep in minds Doom charges can stack up INFINITELY.
Doom can then spend charges when he dashes back and whifs (basically missing) two light attacks to gain a fury buff GRANTING +9999 ATTACK.
The only drawback is that he will begin to drain his health passively by 5% every second.
P.S. this is some dumb idea I've always wanted a character to have. Please don't take this seriously and start a comment war.
Edit: the fury can also stack up, but so will the health drain. So if doom gets 2 Fury through his Doom charges he passively gets his life drained by 10% and so on
Each charge give him 10000 attack rating and 5000 critical rating along with indefinite true strike buff.
On reaching 100 charges, doom starts to gain 10000 health for each charge gained after reaching 100.
Just an idea to make doom break the game like perfect OP....
