AW control and node issues

In our current AW, we are experiencing several issues. One is parry timing, where parries are not activating when they should. We are also seeing issues where either character buffs aren't activating, or are being suppressed by hidden debuffs on nodes. For example, We are in Tier 9 awards, 1097 War rating, Silver 1 last season. On the current map, Node 45 has Outbound Soft Guard and local Champion Boost, Health, Window of Opportunity (Stun) and Kinetic Transference -1 with Blade on the Node. When fighting him with Guillotine 2099, her self-repair/heal never triggers during the fight. This has happened twice this fight on that node.

I'm getting similar reports from my other Alliance members, regardless of device/platform. Anyone else seeing similar issues?

    did you chose preflight abilities with g2099? She does not regen at 15% if you chose to activate 2 preflights. You need videos.

    No preflight selected for Guillotine 2099. And of course, when I went to try and get a video, her heal actually triggered. Still doesn't explain the last 2 times. I'll keep track of it.
