Punisher 2099 is getting what Kabam calls a "Tune up". This means his base kit will remain mostly the same, but his numbers will be boosted up. Don't expect any kind of overhaul or rework to his current abilities, or any new abilities, to be added.

It's a Tune Up like they did to Red Hulk, Gamora and Luke Cage.

Hopefully it will make him atleast epsilon or omega.

I think they wanna change the amount of Battery consumption to trigger his abilities, some increased potency and duration for those abilities.

Would make him a really good utility champ.

He always feel just below the average threshold in term of utilities.

I think the duration and potency of his overdrive needs a huge buff along with his battery charge and consumption rate
