IOS I Lost all progress and prizes from quest path

I had the Emma Frost boss down to 5%, on a mutant island legendary path, Wed. Oct 30th, 2020.
I had trouble finishing Emma, so I left to duel practice against Emma.
When I returned to mutant island, my quest was reset as though I wasn’t in the path. I also got my key back.
KABAM has data that shows all I’ve done were arenas and that one legendary path for 2 days. I bought units to try and finally finish. I lost everything. This happened when a few things in the game seemed to reset.
KABAM is telling me, their records show I quit.
Why would I pour 29.99 (for the first time) into the game, play that path over 2 days, then quit when I have the boss down to 5%?
Give me your proof that I quit, or compensate me. Otherwise, this is Fraud.
And yes, I learned my lesson, NEVER SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME.

    Sorry I was all hissy-fitty at the end of my post but man... I lost over 2 days, hundreds of units, and $29. I was 5% away from winning.

    Maybe you aren’t ready for legendary if you lost that much.

    hundreds of units and 30$ (850 units) thats at least 1000 units on 3 champions and a boss... why would you spend that much in the first place when it's not at your skill/roster level yet. other than that idk you probably quit by mistake and were daydreaming or smth lol it happened to me on many occasions, if not then duno but, for general advice, do content that suits ur level

    Admittedly, legendary is above my level. But that’s how I get better and progress. I hammer away at content I’m not ready for. This was the only time I spent money, because i just wasn’t getting units out of battle chips like I used to. I’m two paths from 100% (every level) in The Rise of X. Great practice!

    Also, that legendary path would’ve been the 5th I’ve taken on that level. Went back in and got it with $0, this time. Learned my lesson.

    I do that with other content, but in this case, I had the key. Plus, I was really motivated by the hero shards!

    Right, but I had the boss down to 5%. I only tackle the boss when I can make it that far with no items.

    Right, but I had the boss down to 5%. I only tackle the boss when I can make it that far with no items.
    Never spend over 200 units on a quest, especially one with 4 fights
