October quest bugged?

Just had a question is the event quest bugged I did it twice not sure if that’s legal and only because I didn’t receive a key so I thought if i do it again I’ll get the key have to mentally prep in case kabam decided to banned anyone who did it more than once

    It is supposed to be run multiple times, but apparently the shards aren't supposed to be on every run. I didn't get it with every run, looks like some did. Because they weren't clear this was not supposed to happen, hopefully there aren't bans this time.
