5mil Relaxed alliance looking for 1 Boss killer

We are a chill and relaxed 5 mil Alliance that is still serious about winning.
We play 43322 and run 3 AW per week, we win them all across 3 BGs. We have 29 members all of them are active and participating.
We beat all alliance events and often collect 5* shards from SA although we do it weekly.
What we are looking for is a boss killer for map 4/3 someone above 150k who is willing to play the game for the fun of it.
