Limbo quest: Yellow (orange) banner is removed. Can anyone confirm that it's working as intended?

"Intended" sounded like only 1 shot at Monster/Hunter crystals (per difficulty), but otherwise replayable for keys.

    I decided to run it myself on a second account. Got the key (and "souls"), and the shards. This was Heroic difficulty, just to test. FWIW

    (when I said "yellow (orange) banner...", i was referring to the forum notice at the top of the page. it has been removed. that is what prompted my question).
