Reparry or A.I acting different?

Anyone else Notice Reparry isn't what it used to be. And since the Major A.I changes Kabam never announced Reparrying became more predominant for many of us as a way to mitigate the defender... now the A.I seems more and more and more...... Passive, also to Parry now it's like you need to do a perfect block.

It's getting tough alot tougher now.

    A parry is a perfect (well timed) block. I’m having no issues with it

    Parrying is so unreliable, I'm avoiding all my champs with parry /heavy mechanic.

    I dont think you know what perfect block is, it has nothing to do with parry....And so far there is not a lot of summoners complaining about it, like 3
