Morningstar Bugged in Cavalier Difficulty

So I brought my four star rank four Morningstar into Cavalier difficulty, the quest with the mystic prowess. She doesn't seem to be benefiting from the prowesses. Her L1's and L'2's aren't hitting any harder with 20 prowess then they do at 0. This was strange because in incursions, she greatly benefits from prowess effects. Am I missing something here?

    Prowess affects her strikes (white, orange, and yellow numbers) not her direct damage (red numbers).

    I am aware of that, but there are still three things wrong. First, her L1 scales with critical damage and souls. Second, incursion prowesses still boost her special damage. Third, white and yellow numbers were not affected at all.
