Units removed. Help!

Hello

Recently I had all of my units removed from my account.
When I inquired with support I was accused of using units that had been refunded.

This is completely untrue. in July I had accidentally purchased an item. It was refunded. As instructed by Kabam support, I didn’t spend any units until the ones accidentally purchased were removed from my account.

I’ve also heard of people being stripped of units for using third parties to get units. I have never done this, and I have years worth of screen shots that show a steady progression of units.

I have also heard of many people being stripped of units for cheating during the gifting event. If you check my account, I was one of the lowest contributors to my alliance in this event, and my alliance was no where near the top of rank rewards for the event.

Kabam has just responded to my support request by saying “case closed”.

I need help. I had 5500 units, and now my account is at a deficit of 2999 units.

    Wait another day then try another support request. I suspect it’s part of a global issue.

    yeah I feel like something is up with their systems. Ive seen a large increase in the amount of people with this issue

    Is there any way I can get beyond “case closed” with support?

    If I could engage in a conversation, I feel I could explain that I’ve done nothing wrong. The problem is, I don’t think I’ll be given that opportunity

    it seems there's something off in how they're detecting fraud with legitimate refunds, be patient, it will get sorted out hopefully (obviously it sucks)

    Same bro, I got a refund and the next day I’m in a -4K credit debt. I can’t earn any credits so I can’t even do the monthly quests and help my account progress cause the credits would be wasted. Really hoping that they sort this out soon lol

    I was pushing to finish act 6. Now I’m frozen in my tracks.
